Industrial flooring designed for racking storage areas, subjected to rigorous flatness testing. The project holds BREEAM certification and aligns with sustainability principles and environmental impact reduction.

Logistics Platform

Concrete flooring with thicknesses ranging from 20 to 30 cm, reinforced with steel fibres. The use of armour slide joints ensures balanced load distribution, enhancing floor durability and operational safety.

Installation of both interior and exterior industrial floors. The interior features a smooth finish reinforced with simple armoured joints and reinforcements for high strength. The exterior is finished with a broomed texture, providing a safe, slip-resistant surface.

Construction of an industrial concrete floor with coloured surface hardener. The project included sustainability measures to reduce energy consumption and manage waste, minimising the environmental impact. Abrasion and flatness tests were carried out to ensure the floor’s durability and surface precision.

Industrial Facility

Construction of a jointless shrinkage floor in polished concrete for a project by Garcia Garcia. Reinforced with steel fibres, the floor was built without traditional shrinkage joints, enhancing performance and reducing maintenance. The solution also included 400 linear metres of armour slide joints, allowing for efficient load distribution and increased durability over time.

Car Park

Installation of resin flooring for a shopping centre car park. Each level was finished in a different colour, with an epoxy resin and a polyurethane topcoat, ideal for exposed areas. The project also included the complete construction of the access ramp.

A project comprising multiple buildings with distinct requirements, for which customised flooring solutions were developed. The work included the use of steel fibres, specialised joints, insulation, and geotechnical analysis to select the most suitable materials.

Agri-Food Platform

Installation of an industrial resin floor with anti-corrosive protection in loading areas. Acid- and food-oil-resistant resins were applied, ensuring surfaces that are easy to clean, highly durable, and suitable for extreme temperature variations.

Air-Liquide

Construction of an industrial concrete floor with a particular focus on outdoor areas. Due to the nature of the stored materials, the project required high standards of safety, structural stability, and long-term durability.
