Your role
– Review project documentation and prepare accurate measurements and cost estimates;
– Produce technical and commercial proposals;
– Identify cost optimisation opportunities;
– Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors;
– Support project planning and delivery;
– Ensure technical and financial control of the proposed solutions.
What we are looking for
– Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred);
– Previous experience in quantity surveying / estimating;
– Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and software such as Presto or CCS;
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
– French language skills would be an advantage;
– Organised, proactive and detail-oriented profile.

Main Responsibilities:
– Support the management of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental documentation;
– Prepare and monitor site documentation, including H&S plans, procedures, records, evidence
files and reports;
– Support operational teams in the implementation of safety procedures;
– Follow up on corrective and preventive actions;
– Assist with internal audits and document control processes;
– Communicate with teams in France, clients and external partners;
– Travel occasionally to France when required.
Candidate Profile:
– Occupational Health & Safety Technician qualification – Level IV or above;
– Fluency in Portuguese and French is mandatory;
– Previous experience in construction, industrial environments, site works or outsourced H&S
services;
– Strong organisational and document management skills;
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel;
– Full driving licence;
– Practical, responsible, organised and execution-oriented profile.

-Support the Site Management in project coordination
-Lead and supervise the construction work on site, ensuring progress and execution according to defined objectives
-Plan, execute, and coordinate activities related to projects/budgets
-Study project optimisation solutions
-Preparation, planning, management, and monitoring of construction work
-Drafting of reports
-Site monitoring (inspection and safety)
-Auditing ongoing works to verify compliance with project specifications and quality control
-Monitoring of schedules and contracted deadlines
-Promote communication among all parties involved in the projects
-Preparation of monthly site supervision and/or safety reports
-Comply with internal quality, environmental, and safety procedures
-Coordinate the execution of work to ensure required quality standards and deadlines
-Manage subcontractors
-Launch budgets / client and subcontractor measurements in PHC
-Perform other tasks related to the role
Requirements:
–Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
-Minimum 3 years of experience
-Good interpersonal skills, organisation, sense of responsibility, and autonomy
-Fluent in French
-Availability to travel to different markets within the Group
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and PHC
