Main Responsibilities:
– Operate concrete batching plants;
– Handling of mobile batching plants;
– Assembly and disassembly of mobile plants on the Group’s construction sites;
– Ensure proper performance of equipment in operation, daily lubrication and maintenance;
– Carry out production control;
– Operate and train teams in the operation of asphalt mixing plants existing within the company;
– Manage teams assigned to the operation and maintenance of the plant;
– Detect anomalies and alarms in the plant and provide appropriate follow-up for issues/breakdowns;
– Ensure the plant’s maintenance in order to guarantee its proper functioning and avoid work stoppages.
Requirements:
– Minimum mandatory education;
– At least 5 years of experience handling batching plants;
– Problem-solving skills;
– Ability to work in a team;
– Good interpersonal skills;
– Fluency in French (preferred);
– Knowledge of PHC software (preferred).
